JumpStart is an entrepreneurship training programme that spurs the disruptive innovation capacity of young entrepreneurs. The programme empowers its participants with essential skills, to create a viable business idea with a higher chance of succeeding in the digital marketing sales funnel. The programme structure is shaped by workshops, discussions, teamwork as well as interacting with successful entrepreneurs.

- Yusuf Jaffar, growth hacker, corporate innovator and business accelerator
Yusuf Jaffar is a growth marketer at LaunchGood, the biggest crowdfunding platform for the global Muslim community. He is a corporate innovator. He worked in MetLife, a Fortune 50 company where he championed the development of new growth hacking methodologies to bring takaful products to Malaysia and Singapore.
Yusuf launches and implements new projects for businesses. He trained the lean startup and business model canvas methodologies at the Malaysian Global Innovation and Creativity Centre’s (MaGIC) accelerator programmes for several years. Among notable projects he has built is Malaysia’s Social Enterprise Venture, a venture capital management company connecting young innovative social entrepreneurs in Malaysia with funders, mentors and partners.
Yusuf was part of the team that created Malaysia’s first impact-driven enterprise accreditation called MaGIC Impact Driven Enterprise Accreditation. He has developed a programme for the Malaysian government called Pemangkin Usahawan Sosial Hebat to assist the scaling of small brick-and-mortar businesses.
Yusuf holds a master’s degree in Islamic finance from INCEIF University Malaysia.
